Cassie is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours Psychology) and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology, who has over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and families.

 

She has worked in both private and public settings supporting individuals across all ages with a range of presentations including mood disorders, anxiety, stress, bereavement, trauma and emotional regulation.

 

As a mother of two young children she has a special interest in supporting families through the challenges and adjustments that come with pregnancy, birth, infancy and beyond.

 

Cassie provides a warm and non-judgemental space to support individuals with a person-centered approach and works collaboratively with clients to tailor interventions to their individual needs and strengths.

 

She offers evidence-based treatments including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and enjoys providing individual and group therapeutic interventions.

 

Cassie is also trained in Circle of Security Parenting work.
