Clair is an Expressive Arts therapist and is a member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) degree as well as a Master of Counselling degree and is currently studying certification in Initiatic Art Therapy.

Clair is also highly experienced in art therapy groups, providing vital

support during times of life-threatening illness.

Clair utilises a number of different approaches tailored to suit the

client’s unique needs, underpinned by her values of kindness, compassion and authenticity. Her approaches include expressive therapies (art making, collage, clay work, music, poetry, movement, and symbol work). None of which require any artistic ability to take part in, as the focus is on the process, and what your inner wisdom offers, rather than the aesthetic product. She also utilises mindfulness meditation; body-centred practices, and traditional talk therapies.

She offers a safe space to feel heard, supported and valued, taking the time to attune to you as a unique individual, and be fully present to allow your inner wisdom to evolve and flourish.

No referral or Mental Health Care Plan is necessary to see Clair. Please note, unfortunately Medicare do not provide rebates for Counselling sessions (unlike psychology sessions)
