Helen is a Psychologist having completed her Masters in Professional Psychology, and recently completed her internship working up her hours for general registration through the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in Feb 2023.

Helen has done a big career u-turn, and after 20 years’ working in high-level corporate jobs is now taking her passion of working with people into psychology. 


Helen has worked in private clinics and in the disability sector with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of conditions, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual disability, and Psychosocial concerns such as Anxiety and Depression. Helen has experience in Behavioural and Cognitive Assessments, works closely with Supporting Parents and also has experience with the NDIS.
 

Helen uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
 

Helen loves working as part of a team and will collaborate with other allied health providers to work towards therapy goals.
 

Helen is able to provide therapy and support for clients with NDIS funding and private/medicare clients.
