Shauna is a Food Psychologist and Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in perinatal and paediatric nutrition and the psychology of eating.

Shauna has over 13 years’ experience working as a weight management, eating and body image psychologist helping women to improve their relationship with food, eating and weight.

Throughout the years she has noticed a common theme emerging in her work: negative relationships with food in adults is often related to poor experiences around food in childhood. She strongly believes that what you do in the early years matters the most when it comes to setting your child up for a lifetime of health. Shauna has a strong focus on the development of healthy relationships with food for mummas and their littlies (babies, toddlers and early childhood).

As a Perinatal & Paediatric Dietitian and Food Psychologist Shauna provides evidence-based nutrition and dietetics advice along with psychological strategies to help mummas overcome any barriers they might have to implementing nutrition changes into theirs and their family’s lifestyle.
